We understand the need to be kept in the loop so if you are not on the ground as it were, we are happy to provide regular photographic and video footage of how your project is proceeding. 

If you would like us to accompany you to the fun part, i.e choosing the finishings, paintwork colours, tilings and appliances we will gladly assist. We can then also point you in the right direction for furniture and garden landscaping.

Any reputable builder will provide you with a guarantee at the end of the build and certificates throughout the build stages.

Renovation

Whether you are looking to refurbish a bathroom or a complete renovation of an older property we can put you in touch with the right people and assist with the application of the appropriate licenses. The builders that we work with undertake renovations as well as complete builds and we can recommend the right person for the job.

Interior design

Whatever your style, taste or budget, we can put you in contact and offer assistance with interior designers, furnishing and purchasing the electrical appliances you will need for your new home.

The interior designers local to this area can offer a complete design service or just help with the purchasing of select pieces and re-decorating. Please ask for contact details or if you would like us to accompany you to an initial no-obligatory first meeting. If you will not be in the area during this process we are happy to take care of this on your behalf.
